This practice is truly how healthcare should be. You are treated like a person and not a profit entity. Dr. Yalavarthi truly takes an active role with you and your health. She listens to your concerns and talks through them with you not at you. Your blood labs are included and are explained in detail. if you need medication, they have a pharmacy and only charge a small percentage over their cost. If you have anything urgent, your call is returned immediately. No need for high priced urgent cares that run tests to run up a bill. In addition you build a strong relationship with your Dr and your preventative wellness plan.
Annette runs the office and could not be more welcoming.

Meet Our Doctors
Dr. David Bereda
Originally from Ohio, Dr. Bereda received his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton in Dayton, OH. He attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. He
then trained at St Louis University for his family medicine residency. After residency, he served on active duty for 4 years as a family physician at Wright Patterson Medical Center, Wright Paterson AFB, OH and for 3 years as a flight surgeon at Scott Medical Center, Scott AFB, IL. For the last 3.5 years he has been a staff family physician at HSHS Medical Group Family Medicine O’Fallon, O’Fallon, IL. He also has been serving as a flight surgeon in the Air Force Reserves at Scott AFB for the last year. Dr. Bereda is an Osteopathic Physician, or D.O., taking a holistic approach to medicine, with additional training in
osteopathic manipulation. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, running, and traveling.

Hello! I am Dr. Yalavarthi, a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician. I graduated from University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine and completed my residency at Baptist – Lutheran Medical Center in Kansas City. After residency, I moved to St. Louis with my husband to be close to family.
My goal in this direct primary care practice is to provide personalized, cost-effective, and cost-conscious healthcare to my patients all while loving my job.

I am Jeffrey Davis, a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician and founder of Link Primary Care. I have decades of experience as a practicing Emergency Room physician and healthcare administrator.

I completed undergraduate studies at Northwestern University, medical school at Vanderbilt University, and residency training at the University of California in San Diego. I completed my MBA at Washington University in St. Louis.
